Who is eligible?

Liberté cards are available to all customers. Holders can enjoy all the benefits of a Visa payment card (convenience, ease of use and security), without needing a bank account.

Features

You can top up your re-loadable card whenever you want, subject to any applicable limits.
With a prepaid Visa Liberté card, you can also withdraw cash from Orabank ATMs, as well as making card-to-card transfers and payments at electronic Visa payment terminals.
