Orabank Benin believes that the appearance of a bank's reception and customer service areas, as well as its layout and user-friendliness, all contribute to delivering outstanding customer service. It has therefore launched a campaign to refurbish some of its branches with the aim of offering its customers more modern and welcoming facilities.
Older branches have been given a makeover, including the one in Akpakpa, which has undergone a complete refurbishment. It is now much smarter and offers customers a more comfortable and relaxed space. Work is currently under way at the Porto Novo branch, while those in Parakou, Lokossa and Natitingou will be refurbished in the coming months to create more welcoming facilities for our customers.
